Artisanal Craft

Every bouquet is hand-tied on the day of delivery. No assembly lines. No pre-made stock. Just fresh stems, skilled hands, and an obsessive attention to proportion, texture, and negative space.

Global Provenance

We source directly from a curated network of growers — garden roses from Ecuador, peonies from the Netherlands, orchids from Japan, and rare tropicals from Yunnan. Every stem has a passport.

Bespoke Only

We don't do catalogues. Every order begins with a conversation — the occasion, the recipient, the space, the message. Our florists design specifically for you, not a template.

From a Small Studio to Hong Kong's Trusted Florist

2018

The Beginning

Founded in a 200-square-foot studio in Sheung Wan with nothing but a pair of shears, a Dutch master's certificate, and a conviction that Hong Kong deserved better flowers.

2019

First 100 Clients

Word spread through Hong Kong's private dining circuit. Our arrangements began appearing at the city's most exclusive tables — Amber, 8½ Otto e Mezzo, Caprice.

2021

Corporate & Events

Expanded into weekly office installations, hotel lobby design, and large-scale event floristry. Our team grew to include five senior florists trained across three continents.

2025

Sustainability Pledge

Eliminated all single-use plastics from our packaging. Switched to compostable wraps, recycled paper, and biodegradable ties. Beauty without compromise.

The Atelier

Where It Happens

Our workspace is part design studio, part temperature-controlled flower library. Blooms arrive daily from our growers and are immediately conditioned — stems re-cut at 45°, hydrated in temperature-specific water, and stored at optimal humidity.

Each arrangement is designed from scratch. Our florists work with the day's best blooms, not a photo from a catalogue. The result is always fresh, always seasonal, and always unmistakably Hayden Blest.

Hayden Blest is an independent Hong Kong florist and floral design atelier offering bespoke hand-tied bouquets, luxury arrangements, and same-day flower delivery across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Founded in 2018 in Sheung Wan, we have grown from a small studio into one of Hong Kong's most trusted floral brands — serving private clients, corporations, hotels, and event planners.
