Our Policy

At Hayden Blest, every bouquet is hand-tied fresh on the day of delivery. Because flowers are perishable, natural products, we do not accept returns. Once an arrangement has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from the description — or if the wrong item was delivered — we will make it right. Contact us at hello@haydenblest.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue, and we will offer:

  • A free replacement bouquet delivered within 24 hours, subject to availability; or
  • A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days.

What Is Not Covered

We cannot offer replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The recipient refused delivery.
  • An incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
  • The flowers were damaged due to improper care after delivery.
  • The complaint was made more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Minor variations in colour or flower variety due to seasonality — flowers are natural products and may differ slightly from website images.
  • Change of mind — as perishable goods, flowers are exempt from return provisions.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the delivery date: full refund.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery date: 50% refund (materials already prepared and labour committed).
  • Orders already dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Our Freshness Guarantee

Every Hayden Blest bouquet is guaranteed to stay fresh for 7 days with proper care. Each order includes a printed care guide. If your flowers do not last 7 days despite following the care instructions, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
