1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hayden Blest website (haydenblest.com) and the purchase of products and services from Hayden Blest (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, and FPS. Payment is due at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories for orders placed before 2 PM HKT. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control — including severe weather (T8 or above, Black Rainstorm), traffic incidents, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, our courier will attempt contact. If delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

5. Product Images

Flowers are natural products. Actual blooms may vary slightly from website images due to seasonal availability, natural variation, and screen colour calibration. Our florists reserve the right to substitute flowers of equivalent quality and value when necessary — always maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and spirit of the arrangement.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover materials already prepared.

Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. In summary: if your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Hayden Blest and protected by Hong Kong copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Hayden Blest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
